Preventative Maintenance

We are going to be performing preventative maintenance this upcoming week! Preventative maintenance includes changing air filters, testing smoke detector batteries, checking for leaks, etc… This is not the time to ask the maintenance team to complete a work order, please call the office to put in your work order request and it will be taken care of by a maintenance team member as soon as possible. This will speed up the preventative maintenance and help us stay on schedule. The building schedule is as follows. No matter how friendly or small your pet is, please be sure to have them secured on your scheduled day.
Tues, March 2: Buildings 1, 2, & 3 beginning at 9AM in building 1
Wed, March 3: Buildings 4, 5, & 6 beginning at 9AM in building 4
Thurs, March 4: Buildings 7, 8, & 9 beginning at 9AM in building 7
Fri, March 5: Building 10 and any apartments maintenance was unable to get into on their scheduled building date due to privacy locks or unsecured pets.
